Make that really slow feet
Man the run fitness is just not there now. A good 60 to 90 seconds more per mile for the same effort compared to a couple of summers ago. Increased bike volume is nice but it is no substitute for running.

Finally figured out how to fit bricks in.
Felt strong on a run again.
Looks like I'm a runner again
Might finally get that new mountain bike soon.
Maybe that is where that fitness went.

Did not know there were two models of TYR Nest Pro...
Nothing like a race to change your priorities.
So much for working up to an Olympic gradually
